About MVP

In late 2007, I started my first blog, What's Happening in My Playground" www.mvprouty.blogspot.com, in the spirit of updating my friends and family on the adventures of the year, in a Christmas letter. 2007 brought many changes to my life and blogging was a therapeutic way for me to connect with myself, and others along the way. I didn't really know who would read it but communicating electronically was right up my alley.

The first blog started out with lots of pictures, recipes, random updates, BSU football games, my first grand daughter Allee, events going on in my "neighborhood". Blogging is a fabulous communication tool but now I think I want to try and channel my blog with more focus. I've created a new blog called "Moon Valley Productions".... incorporating my intitials MVP, and including my dad's nickname, Moon. I've been hanging out on-line for a long time and this new blog seems like a good fit.

I love capturing life through the lens of my camera, I love creating goodness in my kitchen, and surrounding myself with creative and beautiful things. Writing about it brings me joy.
